What is Hibikiza Inasegumi?

Matsumoto: We value relationships between members, not leaders versus members.

Because we are a team with a wide range of age groups, we try to make time to teach each other and to talk casually so that we can interact with each other.

Once a year, at the end of December, a "Christmas Party" is held, where teams play various games.

This Christmas party is always lively, and many members become friends through this opportunity!

I feel that knowing a different side of the team has the effect of enhancing teamwork, and I believe that time outside of practice is also important for team development.

Also, it is important to face each member individually, and I am careful to develop each member's strengths.
